Throughout the three years of PrimeSupport cover, if your problem cannot be resolved via the helpline, we’ll activate our no-hassle product loan service. A next-business-day loan unit will be delivered to your chosen address, and the faulty unit will be collected, minimising disruption to your business.

Easy to purchase and activate
PrimeSupport Plus contracts can be purchased from your dealer, and are available for all VPL business projectors. These contracts are easy to activate by returning the simple registration card.
